The Beachside Colony Resort has three small heated swimming pools (Tybee’s only heated pool). The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.and a popular beachfront restaurant and lounge with complimentary WIFI internet access.

The recent updates include all new furnishings in the living area. The professionally decorated living area has a large flat-screen Smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen has also been updated with all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a stackable washer and dryer.

The Master suite is furnished with a King-size bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony and an attached bath. The all-new master bathroom is appointed with dual vanity sinks and a large custom tile shower. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen Bed. Each room includes a Flat Screen TV. There is WIFI internet access is available for guest use in this condo. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
