Breath in the salt air and experience Ocean breezes from the furnished balcony. The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space and a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player. The dining table seats 4, and there are 2 spots at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is a full-size stackable washer and dryer located off the hall along with a full bath for guests to use.

This is a great spot for 2 couples or families. The Master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and offers a private balcony with ocean views. The master bathroom has a shower/ tub combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and easy access to the hall bath with a walk-in shower. There is an elevator conveniently located in this building close to the condo and stairs are also nearby. This condo is pet-friendly with an additional fee.

For groups traveling together, consider combining Beach House 432 with Beach House 442, directly above, for a combined occupancy of 12 guests.

This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons. Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
