The open plan condo includes a comfortable living area that features a casual living area with a sleeper sofa and a 50-inch Smart-TV. The updated kitchen features granite countertops and includes a full-size stove, oven and a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. The dining table has seating for 4. The bedroom is a room with a view! The room is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a 32 inch flat-screen TV. The full bathroom has a tub and shower combination. There are 2 kid-sized bunks in the hall.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo).

This building includes an elevator. (handicap friendly elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for 1 vehicle, unassigned parking only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
