The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The dining table has seating for 8. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The full bathroom is connected to the master bedroom and the hallway. There is a half bath/powder room off the kitchen which also houses the washer and dryer.

The second-floor apartment of the cottage, Bikini Top greets guests with a beautifully decorated open living area with a large sectional sofa and a 46-inch flat-screen TV. The dining area, just off the living room, features a dining table that seats up to 8, perfect for a family meal that is prepared on-site in the fully equipped kitchen - located just behind the dining area. There are 3 guestrooms and 2 shared baths. The 1st guest room has a King size bed, The 2nd guest room has a Queen Bed, and the Third bedroom has a King bed, and a connecting room with 2 twin beds and a TV, making this space a perfect option for families with children. There are 2 guest bathrooms, one has a claw-foot tub only, and the second bathroom has a tub and shower combination.

Guests will enjoy the size and the fully fenced backyard with seating and gas grill, perfect for cookouts. Located in a convenient location only a very short 2 block walk to the beach and within close walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The lower level of this home is handicap friendly (ground level, not ADA compliant).
