Cozy Cottage is a refurbished 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow and is ready to welcome guests to Tybee Island! The home offers a full kitchen, living area with sleeper, and 2 bedrooms furnished with queen size beds. Each bedroom has a TV with Roku for streaming your favorite entertainment. The bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a standing shower. There is a fully fenced in backyard area with seating, and an outdoor chimenea to warm up on a chilly night.

With multiple outdoor spaces, you will be able to enjoy the outside in any weather. There is a great bonus outdoor living space in the fully screened and covered patio which offers lounge seating that also includes outdoor dining space for 6, with lights and a ceiling fan. When the weather is right, enjoy sitting on the back open deck with seating for four. On cooler evenings, enjoy the outdoor Chimenea for a warm, cozy night.

Cozy Cottage is situated on a quiet street in the North End of Tybee where you can enjoy a restful vacation experience without giving up convenience. Take an easy stroll just 4 blocks up a one-way lane to access the main Oceanside beach, with no busy roads to cross. Families will also enjoy the easy access to Jaycee Park with its playground and walking trails. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you will also find several shops and local dining options. This home is a great retreat for a couple or a small family vacation. This home is pet-friendly, for an additional fee.
