Originally built in 1940, this home is quaint, and cozy conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the main pier, and the back river pier. Enjoy all of the activities of the South End of Tybee, all within a block or two from your Little House.

Little House has a front covered deck complete with an outdoor dining set and gas grill. The front porch is a great gathering space after a fun-filled day at the beach. The interior of the home offers a full kitchen, an open floor plan living area. The open living area has a sleeper sofa and a 43inch flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 6. The two bedrooms share a bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size bed and a flat-screen TV, the second bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower and a small sink and vanity.

This home is pet-friendly for an additional fee.
