Located on a quiet street on the South end of Tybee Island, this home is a beautiful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the company of family and friends. The home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, outdoor entertaining a swimming pool, and a fully fenced backyard.

Guests are greeted by a covered porch with comfortable seating before entering the front door. Once inside, the open living space welcomes you with open living area, kitchen and dining area - perfect for entertaining. The living room offers comfortable seating and a flat panel 42 inch Smart TV. The dining table seats 8, and the breakfast bar has seating for 3. The open kitchen features brand new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and a flat surface cooktop and granite countertops.

The master bedroom, located on this level of the home, has a King bed and a beautiful master bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest room has a Queen bed and an attached full bath that is also accessible from the hallway. Both guest bathrooms are equipped with a convenient grasp bar. There are a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway for guest use. Upstairs, there are two additional guest bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, the second guest bedroom upstairs is furnished with a King size bed. There is also a twin sleeper chair located upstairs for an additional sleeping space.

This home has a large pool (11' x 23' 3 feet to 5 feet deep) in the backyard with a private patio area - perfect for lounging on a sunny Tybee day. Guests may choose to add optional pool heat for an additional $35 (dollars) per day (pool heat not available in January or February). Take a dip in the refreshing pool, and enjoy outdoor entertaining with ample seating and a hot and cold outdoor shower - perfect for washing away the sand from the beach.

There are a gas grill and a charcoal grill for guest use. The home is less than 1/2 mile to the beach, a short 6-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, and the Tybee Pier and Pavillion and Tybee Marine Science Center.

The home features WiFi and all of the TVs are smart TVs - so guests can log into their Netflix or stream videos via the internet. There is parking for four vehicles. Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $35 per day (not available in January or February). The home is located just a block and a half away from Alley 3, Tybee's public boat ramp, which is a great spot for launching kayaks to explore our waterways and marshes. This home is not pet-friendly.
