The main level also has 2 guest bedrooms, first is furnished with a Queen bed and the second has one Twin Bed. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower downstairs in the hall between the bedrooms.

Upstairs boasts a great balcony with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The Master suite includes access to the balcony, and a large bedroom with a separate sitting area to enjoy the pristine view. This beautiful home is located in Seashore Colony on Tybee Island that meanders past the historic Officer's Row, which dates back to the early 1900s, named for where ranking officers and their families lived. This "row" of two-story homes raised above ground level on brick and granite piers, providing a view of the weekly military parade that went past. Also located a block away, accessed by a private path is North Beach, home to the Tybee Island Lighthouse, and popular North Beach Grill. Also located nearby is Tybee's Jaycee Park with walking and bike paths along with a playground and various sports fields.
