This 1940's cottage home offers an array of amenities including a beautifully landscaped courtyard next to the large (14' x 24'), heated in-ground pool. There is also an outdoor picnic and grilling area, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, and off-street parking. All of this on the South End of Tybee, right on Butler Avenue just a block from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops! A perfect location for a great vacation!

Perfect for couples traveling together, multi-family groups or families with children. The upper and lower floors are separate apartments that are not joined by an interior staircase. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each level has a screened porch entry. The second-floor apartment has Queen Size beds in each bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with 4 barstools at the breakfast bar. There is a 42" flat-screen TV in the living room. The Jack n Jill bathroom has a walk-in shower. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living area with an entertainment area that includes a wet bar with a refrigerator and a foosball table for family fun. The bedrooms are furnished with 2 Double beds in one, and a King size bed in the second bedroom. The shared bathroom has a tub and shower combination.

This property makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors, and all that Tybee has to offer! The location is perfect to enjoy all the action of the Tybee Parades, including the Tybee Island Pirate Fest in the Fall and the Tybee Irish Heritage Parade in the Spring. The home is pet-friendly with an additional fee and has off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles. There is wifi and cable TV included. Splash Inn for some good Tybee fun!

Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of reservation. (Not available in January and February).
