Tybee Beach Club 124, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with access to 3 swimming pools with easy access to the beach and an on-site restaurant. This nicely furnished condo offers an open floor plan living and dining area with ocean views.

The living area opens to the balcony and has a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping and a flat-screen TV. The balcony offers great views of the courtyard, community pools, and ocean. Direct beach access is located just steps away! There is also a dining table that will seat 4 and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The kitchen offers granite counters, stainless appliances along with a stack-able washer and dryer.

The master bedroom offers a King size bed, flat-screen SmartTV and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and offers access to the second full bath with tub/shower combo which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI Internet is available.

This condo is located on the second floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access and a local favorite restaurant The Deck. The building has elevator access at the main entrance.

You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Library and local YMCA.

Pool heat is available in one of the three pools during the months of October-March only and is heated based on weather and mechanics.

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
