The dining table seats 6 with two seats at the large breakfast bar that opens to the spacious kitchen. The top level of the home has a spacious master suite with a king bed and twin sleeper sofa, 32-inch flat-screen TV, vanity, high ceilings, and an attached bath with a large walk-in shower and separate tub and double vanity. Also located on this floor are two guest bedrooms, an additional full bath, and the laundry area with full-size front-loaders. The Queen guest bedroom has a 22-inch flat-screen TV, and the bedroom furnished with two Twin beds has a 22-inch flat-screen.

Ground-level has an outdoor shower, and parking for two vehicles is available on the street in front of the unit. There is an electric grill available for guest's use on the front balcony.
